If you’ve activated your Time to Pet (TTP) account, you may use that platform to request services. New Clients
If you are interested in establishing care with Puget Sound Pets, kindly send in the below questionnaire. Upon its receipt, we will be in touch within 48-72 hours to and send you a welcome packet and onboarding paperwork to get started. To ensure all parties are set up for success, we will require a 30-60 minute intake visit, which costs $31 to meet you and your pet, review the aspects of care you need, and make sure your pet gets the most out of their time with their pet care specialist(s).
